Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders make $7/hour, plus tips. Tip total plus hourly equals out to be about $25 to $35 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
• Follow all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations as needed during busy periods or special events.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry, particularly in nightlife or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
• Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• A background in hospitality that emphasizes customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
