Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in catering or banquet environments
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
• Follow all food handling procedures and alcohol serving regulations to ensure compliance with health standards

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol serving practices
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or catering events
• Familiarity with brewing processes or food industry standards is advantageous
• Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
