Our Bartenders are experience creators, beverage experts, and sales professionals who drive both guest satisfaction and restaurant performance. You don’t just pour drinks. You create energy! Through product knowledge, confident recommendations, and genuine conversation, you create memorable experiences that increase guest loyalty and maximize sales. What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere at the bar while building rapport with guests through genuine conversation
Guide guests through beverage and food menus with confidence, highlighting featured cocktails, premium liquors, wine selections, and add-ons
Make thoughtful recommendations that enhance the experience (signature drinks, upgrades, appetizers, desserts, upsells, etc.)
Accurately take guest orders and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
Prepare alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic for bar guests and the dining room
Ensure all drinks meet recipe standards, presentation expectations, and quality guidelines
Anticipate guest needs before they ask (refills, additional rounds, menu suggestions, etc.)
Check back consistently to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities to elevate the experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area always
Process payments accurately and thank guests sincerely, inviting them back
Support teammates to ensure smooth service and strong overall restaurant performance
Support all company initiatives as directed (reviews, Loyalty club, etc.)

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology
Strong communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
