Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, practicing responsible serving in line with alcohol laws and venue policies
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple tables or stations seamlessly
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible serving laws
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and retail math for sales tracking
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous but not required

Pay: $21.37 - $25.74 per hour
