Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Toast POS system to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol inventory, garnishes, and mixers, while tracking usage for inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, craft cocktail bars, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast to process transactions efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations using retail math principles.
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector, including catering or food service environments.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
