Bartender – The Social Blend

The Social Blend is looking for a bartender who can bring great energy, handle a fast-paced environment, and create an experience guests want to come back for. We’re a coffee bar + cocktail bar + small bites concept with a fun, social atmosphere and a growing late-night crowd.

Responsibilities

Make cocktails, mixed shots, martinis, beer, and specialty drinks consistently

Provide friendly, upbeat customer service

Handle bar prep, stocking, and cleaning

Work efficiently during busy rushes and events

Maintain a clean and organized bar area

Check IDs and follow TABC guidelines

Help create a welcoming vibe for guests throughout the shift

Qualifications

Bartending experience preferred

Weekend and night availability required

Comfortable in a high-volume environment

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Reliable and team-oriented

TABC certified (or willing to obtain certification quickly)
