Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale casual or fine dining environment preferred
• Weekend availability is required
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, responsible individuals who take pride and ownership in their role
• Outgoing personalities who thrive on creating memorable guest interactions

Basic Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to recipe and presentation standards
• Provide attentive, professional service to bar guests and dining room guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coolers, storage areas, and workstations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and bar prep duties
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management to uphold service standards and efficiency during busy shifts
