Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment and possess ample beer and cocktail knowledge. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
• Participate in catering events or banquets as needed, showcasing versatility in various service environments.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
