Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, brewing techniques, and food pairings to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or nightlife industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling and retail math is essential for managing transactions accurately.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• A background in hospitality or food service is advantageous, showcasing your ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation will be considered a plus.
