Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with the team will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred; nightclub experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales techniques to promote featured drinks or specials effectively.
• Familiarity with brewing processes can enhance beverage offerings and customer engagement.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $5.50 - $8.00 per hour
