Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, along with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Whether you are serving cocktails at a nightclub or managing a banquet, your ability to create memorable experiences for our guests will be paramount.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while managing their orders efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, particularly during banquets and catered events.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations are required.
