Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting, showcasing excellent customer service skills and a passion for crafting beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing high-quality service and maintaining the bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Engage with customers, providing exceptional service while building rapport and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Stay informed about drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance in beverage preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• A passion for sales and promoting beverage offerings is a plus.
• Must have weekday hours available
