Duties

2 years Experience

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Toast
• Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are maintained.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment while managing multiple orders during busy hours with effective time management skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred; retail math and basic math skills are essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-volume environments while multitasking efficiently.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is advantageous; experience with catering or brewing is a plus.
