Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations.
• Support nightclub or banquet events by serving drinks efficiently while managing multiple orders seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks accurately.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is a plus, including catering or food industry roles.
