Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly.
• Assist with serving food and beverages
• Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
