$17 per hour + tips

Dudley’s is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team in New York City.

Dudley’s is a neighborhood restaurant in the Lower East Side known for its seasonal menu, all-day dining, and vibrant,

hospitality-driven atmosphere . Our bar program supports a lively dining room, requiring efficiency, consistency, and a strong focus on guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .

We are looking for bartenders who are polished, personable, and confident behind the bar , with the ability to deliver quality drinks and strong hospitality under pressure.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant or bar
• Experience in bistro, cocktail-driven, or hospitality-focused environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards
• Provide warm, engaging service to guests at the bar and dining room
• Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, and menu offerings
• Execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock and prep bar ingredients and supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
