Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing expert recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Toast to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events
• Restock bar supplies proactively to ensure seamless service during peak hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or food service needs to deliver exceptional hospitality

Skills

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages guest loyalty
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health standards
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Familiarity with the food industry’s standards for serving alcohol responsibly and ensuring guest safety
