Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale technology.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bartending techniques.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
