BEY Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar is seeking an experienced bartender with a passion for craft cocktails and hospitality. Our bar program focuses on thoughtful ingredients, balanced cocktails, and a polished guest experience.

This is not a basic bar position. We are looking for a professional who understands classic technique, works with precision, and can perform under high-volume service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years bartending experience (craft cocktail experience required)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and balance
• Experience working in high-volume restaurants or cocktail bars
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
• Strong guest interaction and hospitality mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Prepare craft cocktails with consistency and speed
• Maintain bar organization and cleanliness
• Manage prep including syrups, batched cocktails, and garnishes
• Provide knowledgeable spirit and cocktail recommendations
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth execution
