Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of beverages and food items
• Manage POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, including checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering, banquet events, or functions to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving drinks, handling cashiering duties, and restocking supplies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in upscale casual or fine dining settings, with a strong focus on creative mixology and craft cocktails.
• Proficient in Toast; skilled in cashiering and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to perform bar-side service with confidence and flair.
• Exceptional customer service skills: engaging with guests, building rapport, and creating a memorable experience while simultaneously serving multiple drinks.
• Skilled in designing fun, interesting, and innovative cocktails that align with seasonal menus and restaurant style.
• Comfortable working under pressure in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, proper beverage handling, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience serving at events or special functions is a plus.
