Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and personable Bartender to join our team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Operate POS system/ register efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving food and beverages promptly while managing cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
