Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
• Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and maintaining accurate tabs for customers.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills by efficiently handling multiple orders during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred; experience in a nightclub setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills to accurately process transactions.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is beneficial.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
