Don't let the casual name fool you! Big B's Fish Joint is a full-service upscale-casual seafood restaurant and bar in Buckhead at 4600 Roswell Road. We've been serving the neighborhood since 2019 — regulars, families, happy hour crowds, and everything in between.

Why this bar is worth your time: Our bar is full from open to close. Our happy hour runs 4–6 PM every day — $1.50 raw oysters and jumbo shrimp with $5 Margaritas and $6 wines . It's the best happy hour deal in Atlanta and it drives real volume and real tips. High-income Buckhead and Sandy Springs clientele. Check averages are solid. The crowd is good.

What we need: A bartender who can own the bar — fast, accurate, clean, and someone who actually reads the room. We're a full-bar restaurant, not a nightclub. You'll be managing regulars, executing service during happy hour rushes, and supporting a dining room that runs at a serious pace during peak.

The role:

• Primary focus: weekend evenings (immediate need)
• Full-service bar: cocktails, wine, draft beer, spirits
• Supporting table service during peak as needed
• Maintaining par, cleanliness, and closing procedures

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years bartending in a full-service restaurant or upscale bar (required)
• Speed and accuracy under pressure — happy hour isn't slow
• Chip-based card and cash handling — we don't do contactless
• Professional, shows up, communicates like an adult
