Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting a safe environment.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, managing inventory levels through effective time management and organization.
• Collaborate with team members during busy shifts, supporting catering, banquet events, nightclub functions, or food service operations as required.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to efficiently process sales and transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate bill splitting and transaction processing.
• Background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving beverages or managing guest interactions is advantageous.
