Bartender

Job Summary

Chip Shots is an upscale indoor golf simulator social club, restaurant, and bar opening in Henderson. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Bartenders who can deliver great drinks, great service, and a fun guest experience.

Our concept combines premium golf simulator bays, a full bar, casual dining, sports viewing, events, leagues, and private parties. The ideal bartender is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, engaging with guests, supporting the service team, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for golfers, families, groups, and regulars.

You do not need to be a golfer, but you should enjoy interacting with guests and being part of a team-focused, high-energy venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Chip Shots standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service at the bar and throughout the venue
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
• Handle guest tabs, payments, and POS transactions accurately
• Assist with opening, closing, side work, restocking, and cleaning duties
• Support servers and team members during busy periods
• Help create a fun, welcoming environment during golf play, watch parties, leagues, trivia nights, and private events
• Communicate with managers about guest needs, inventory, service issues, or safety concerns
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have or be able to obtain required Nevada alcohol awareness/TAM card and food handler card
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using a POS system; Toast experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
• Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
