Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and responsible serving practices
• Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance with all health regulations during food handling and serving
• Collaborate with team members during busy shifts, including nightclubs or banquet events, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions
• Previous experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants or the food industry is preferred
