Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and utensils, while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements.
