Bartender

We are seeking an experienced Bartenders to join our team. We are a busy local favorite expanding into Noblesville looking to build a great team with long-standing employees.

At Convivio, we bring the warmth of Italy to every guest experience — from handcrafted pasta to curated wines and artisanal cocktails. Our bar is the heart of the dining room, where guests gather for conversation, celebration, and exceptional drinks. We’re seeking a skilled, personable bartender who shares our passion for hospitality and Italian culture.

Responsibilities

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
• Recommend wine and spirit pairings to complement our menu
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Provide attentive, engaging service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal beverage specials

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in a fine dining setting
• Strong knowledge of Italian wines, aperitifs, and liqueurs (e.g., Amaro, Vermouth, Grappa)
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Current alcohol service certification (where required)

Pay: Up to $1,400.00 per week
