We are seeking an outgoing person with some experience in bartending to join us. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the aspects of bartending and commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making cocktails, serving beverages, serving food and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. You will also be responsible in picking up and serving food to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order including wiping down your bar area and tables after a customer leaves.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to promote responsible drinking practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Looking for days with some evenings possible, possible weekends, and some holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand through your shift, bend or stretch and carry a case of beer.
