Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as TOAST POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or nightclub functions, providing excellent catering and serving support.

Skills

• Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of TOAST POS
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurements for drink mixing.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred; beverage brewing knowledge is a plus.
