Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory, including stock replenishment and proper storage of beverages, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Support event service for banquets, catering functions, or private parties by setting up bars and serving drinks promptly.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining a lively yet controlled environment.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences in food industry settings.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments. Pay: $14.75 - $45.00 per hour
