Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food service and beverage delivery
• Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying IDs, monitoring guest intoxication levels, and adhering to alcohol service regulations
• Assist in training new team members on POS systems, customer service protocols, and food safety procedures
• Contribute to a lively atmosphere by brewing specialty drinks or creating signature cocktails that delight guests

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately
• Familiarity with food industry terminology related to catering, food service, and beverage preparation
• Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and management
• Previous restaurant experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Passion for hospitality, brewing techniques, or mixology that enhances guest experiences
