Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a few enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and have experience in craft cocktails. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area and collaborating with other staff members to deliver outstanding service. As a server you will be expected to providing a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
• Assist in setting up for special events or banquets, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
