Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
• Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed
• Maintain a lively yet professional atmosphere in nightclubs or other entertainment venues by adhering to responsible serving practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills essential
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and processing payments
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for accurate transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment that values energetic team players
