As a Bartender, you are a key part of the Glacier experience. You’ll craft high-quality cocktails, deliver fast and polished service, and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel energized, valued, and excited to return. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and style
• Deliver engaging, personable service that enhances the overall guest experience
• Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and uphold safe-serving practices
• Restock bar inventory and supplies efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for totals and change
• Support high-energy events, game days, nightlife service, and private bookings
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar, lounge, or nightlife environment
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills in fast-paced settings
• Excellent guest-facing communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales
• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift bar supplies, and work nights, weekends, and event shifts

Pay: $800.00 - $2,500.00 per week
