Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with consistency, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Square POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving policies to promote guest safety.
• Utilize time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, food handling, and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.
