Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Full time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
