Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/ Server to join our team. This will be a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a similar setting
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with fine dining service and catering events is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Experience in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Customer service orientation to provide an excellent guest experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards for handling beverages
- Understanding retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Familiarity with brewing techniques for beer-related tasks
- Ability to work banquet events and catered functions
