Bartender – Upscale Casual Restaurant

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and guest-focused Bartender to deliver high-quality beverages and an elevated bar experience in our newly renovated restaurant space. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and house cocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with guests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar
• Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Accurately handle POS transactions and cash
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Professional, polished demeanor
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service

Schedule

• Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
