At House of Umami, the bar is not just a place to grab a drink. It is a stage, and you are the one running it. We are looking for a Bartender who brings the same artisan mindset to every pour and every interaction that our chefs bring to every bowl. Craft, precision, and genuine hospitality, all in one shift.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• The ability to engage guests with confidence and make them feel genuinely welcome
• Sharp multitasking skills and the composure to stay organized under pressure
• Accuracy handling cash and point-of-sale transactions
• A team-oriented attitude and a commitment to upholding our service standard on every shift
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Your Role in the Experience

• Create a warm, welcoming bar environment where every guest feels like a valued guest of the house
• Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, precision, and care
• Guide guests through our drink and food menu with knowledgeable, confident recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift
• Collaborate seamlessly with the service team to deliver an exceptional, cohesive guest experience
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and safety procedures without exception
• Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently
