Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Iron Shoe Distillery. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and recipes
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in math for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
