Job Overview
We are looking for someone to join our vibrant team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender!

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of food safety and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, ensuring proper cash flow management.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements

• Experience as a bartender or in food service.
• Familiarity with POS and Keno systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience with beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
