Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests during events like banquets or catering functions in both fine dining and nightclub settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment; fine dining experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and sales processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage tables and bar service efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; certifications related to alcohol service are a plus.
