Bartender

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Our bartenders are expected to create high-quality drinks with consistency and efficiency while providing warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and contributes positively to our team culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency
• Provide friendly, engaging, and timely service to all guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of classic cocktails, current drink trends, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking throughout service
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs accurately
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Follow all alcohol safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $6.05 per hour
