Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team at a popular nightclub. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a lively atmosphere.

Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and functional.
• Process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Assist in training new bartenders and bar staff as needed.
• Must be conformable working alone at times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and trends in the beverage industry.
• Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS or similar technology.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
• A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
