Bartender

We’re looking for bartenders to join our team at the Hootinanny.

We’re a small-town neighborhood bar with high standards, a strong regular crowd, and a team that genuinely cares about the environment we’ve built here. Over the last few years, we’ve worked hard to create a clean, welcoming, drama-free space, and we’re going to be very selective about who joins our crew.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with others
• Bartenders who can stay calm and organized during busy shifts
• Team players who take pride in their work and help maintain the space around them
• People who understand that hospitality is more than just making drinks

Responsibilities include:

• Serving beer, cocktails, shots, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Providing friendly, attentive service to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar, dining area, bathrooms, and pool room throughout shifts
• Handling cash and payments responsibly
• Helping restock and prepare the bar for service
• Working together as a team during busy nights and events

A few important things:

• We do not close early, last call is 1:30AM
• Nights and weekends are required
• Experience is appreciated, but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much
