Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
- Manage Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain detailed sales records.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor guest behavior in bar to ensure safety while creating a lively yet respectful environment.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving drinks, processing payments, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with Sales and kitchen staff for catering or food service events, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, hotel, restaurant, or banquet environments is a requirement.
- Familiarity with Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously through excellent time management skills.
- Previous retail math or hospitality experience that highlights accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions.
- Experience working in the food industry or catering environments is advantageous for understanding diverse guest needs.
