Mission + Market is a Chef-Driven contemporary American restaurant led by Chef Paul Martin. We are seeking an exceptional bartender to join our team, enhance the guest experience, and build meaningful relationships with our guests.

Job Summary:

Our bartenders are tasked with delivering genuine hospitality, professional and attentive service, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. They must be engaged and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service, with a strong focus on attention to detail. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions, bartenders will curate personalized experiences using their knowledge, hospitality, and service expertise.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting worked as a bartender
  • Must have excellent knowledge of fine dining and service procedures and functions
  • The ability to provide a high level of guest services
  • Must have strong knowledge of food, wine and classic cocktails

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment that adheres to very high standards
  • Well spoken and articulate. Strong verbal and written communications skills are required
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Open availability

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
