Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing serving responsibilities responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery during catering or restaurant service.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality or service speed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Excellent math skills for retail math, hospitality calculations, and basic math tasks like making change accurately.
• Experience with catering events or banquet service is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage time effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or food industry venues.
• Familiarity with brewing processes can be a plus for establishments serving craft beers or specialty drinks.
