Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Mochuelo. Located in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Your role is vital in enhancing our reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Engage with patrons to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Prep and stock bar stations for service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender required.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
